Review for the Hotel: Overall, our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience and offered good value for money. The hotel is beautifully renovated, providing guests with a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The staff, particularly Surf and his companion, were exceptional. They assisted us with a smile, from carrying our luggage to helping us navigate the Grab taxi and finding the entrance location. Additionally, we appreciated the flexibility of allowing us to use the gym shower at 20:00 after checking out, which was convenient before our flight. In summary, the hotel offers a comfortable and well-renovated stay, with excellent staff assistance. Still, some improvements in communication and spa services would enhance the overall guest experience we think. Looking forward to stay here again.

Maison is in a nice neighborhood depending on which side you leave from. The main entrance is on a quiet street while the back entrance is on a street filled with 24x7 hostess bars. I recommend the former entrance always. The property itself is beautiful ! Smells great. They have automated bidet toilets! The housekeeping staff was extremely kind. The in-room dining is delicious. I recommend their som tum bar restaurant highly! The beds were amazing. The bathrobes were amazing. I had a great stay in the hotel.

Everything was exceptional down to the included breakfast in the beautiful restaurant next to the pool. Our room was spacious, clean and the separate toilet and shower was a nice touch. The toilet was Japanese style with heating, an automatic lid and bidet. The shower was super spacious. The wellness facilities were also world-class. The gym had Technogym equipment, and was quite a decent size space. All in all, it was amazing value for money. Seriously a 10/10 experience. Exceeded all expectations!

The hotel was new and the rooms were very modern. Good bed (firm but not hard), good water pressure in the showers, and reasonably close to many things the city has to offer, including walking distance to transit, shops/malls, and food.

It is what it shown. I would like to highlight the front desk girl named Fai who had helped me with all my requests. She is an exceptional receptionist who had go beyond her capability to help out. She deserve the full credit score.
